Near Sissinghurst Gardens, Wilderness Bed & Breakfast, Headcorn, Kent

A 4 Diamond Rating has been awarded by the English Tourism Council

Situated close to Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, the wonderful 1930s creation of Vita Sackville-West and Sir Harold Nicholson, this Kentish former farmhouse dates from circa 1650.

Our guests have the option of two self contained rooms to stay in. First there is our period annexe, a one room cottage with en-suite shower room and which we think was originally built as Hop Pickers accommodation.

Alternatively we have our new guest accommodation The Orchard Room, which is also self contained. Slightly larger than the cottage it has all the same amenities together with an en-suite shower room and three sets of south facing French doors with an outlook on to the garden and adjoining fields. It also has a sofa bed, so additional people can be accommodated if need be.

Both can be laid out as either a twin or double room
